Solutions Architect
Nityan Khanna has spent the last 11 years solving healthcare problems using technology.
He is a Sheridan College alumnus with a diploma in Software Development and Network Engineering. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering Technology from McMaster University.
Nityan currently works in Hamilton Health Sciences as a Solutions Architect. He has led many projects over the years such as the design and development of MyHeadHealth, AutoScribe, as well as the Health Information Mediator (HIM) integration gateway for the United Republic of Tanzania. He is also involved in a consortium tasked with digitizing routine immunization recommendations for the World Health Organization through the Smart Guidelines initiative.
Prior to working at Hamilton Health Sciences, Nityan has worked in Mohawk College’s MEDIC Lab for 8 years where he led teams of software developers and students in creating digital solutions for many organizations. He was also a part-time instructor in the School of Engineering Technology.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Nityan playing Fantasy Football.
