Colin
Kent-Shepherd

Colin Kent-Shepherd is a Senior Solutions Developer within Hamilton Health Sciences’ (HHS) Centre for Data Science and Digital Health (CREATE).

He has been working for several years as a developer in the Digital Health industry designing and developing enterprise level medical software at the municipal, provincial, and global level.

In more recent years, Colin has played a leading development role for an Ontario based EMR vendor across several OntarioMD funded initiatives ranging from data visualization tools to integrations with provincial assets.

Colin is a graduate of Mohawk College’s Software Development program where he has also worked as part-time faculty teaching various software development courses. Colin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology from McMaster University on a part-time basis and plans to obtain a graduate degree in the future.

In his spare time, Colin enjoys riding his motorcycles and spending time with his wife.
