Solutions Architect
Mo Ibrahim has spent the last 11 years solving healthcare problems using technology.
He is a Mohawk College alumnus with a diploma in Software Engineering. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering Technology from McMaster University.
Mo currently works in Hamilton Health Sciences as a Solutions Architect. He has been involved in many projects over the years such as the design and development of MyHeadHealth, AutoScribe, as well as the Health Information Mediator (HIM) integration gateway for the country of Tanzania. He is also involved in a consortium tasked with digitizing routine immunization recommendations for the World Health Organization through the Smart Guidelines initiative.
Prior to working in HHS, Mo has worked in Mohawk College’s MEDIC Lab for 8 years where he led teams of software developers and students in creating digital solutions for many organizations. He was also a part-time instructor in the School of Engineering Technology.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Mo soaring the skies of a Rocket League arena.
